What this covers
This policy describes what BOISE AI collects when you browse this site, submit a contact or pricing form, or chat with one of our AI agents, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Contact & lead details — name, email, phone, business name, and industry, when you submit the contact or pricing-quote form. Stored so we can follow up about the request you made.
- Chat messages — what you type into a "Try live" agent panel is sent to that agent to generate a reply. Chat transcripts are logged for up to 30 days for quality review and cost tracking, then automatically deleted. They are never sold or shared.
- Account details — if you create an account, the email and business details you provide to log in and use your dashboard.
- Basic usage data — standard web server logs and cookie preferences (see below). We do not use third-party ad-tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and demo/quote requests you submit.
- To run the agent chat you initiate and return a relevant reply.
- To operate your account, starter pack, or rental, if you have one.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run this site and the underlying AI models (e.g. our model provider, to generate agent replies).
Cookies
We use a minimal cookie banner to remember your consent choice. Declining still lets you use the site; some non-essential conveniences may be disabled.
Your controls
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@boiseai.example.
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.
- Chat transcripts age out automatically — logs are deleted after 30 days, and you can request earlier deletion of your transcripts at any time via the email above.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify account holders directly.
