Using this site

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Starter packs, rentals & purchases

Starter packs are one-time purchases scoped as described on the Starter Packs page at time of purchase, including tutorial count, agent access window, and support level.
Rentals bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle from your dashboard; cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period.
Purchases are a one-time license to use the purchased agent under these terms.
Refunds follow the return window and process described at checkout and in our FAQ. Reach out within 14 days if something isn't working out.

Custom builds

Custom agent work is scoped and quoted individually via the contact form. Those engagements are governed by the separate proposal/agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence over this page for that work.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site or our agents to: violate the law; attempt to extract another customer's data; send content that's abusive, deceptive, or infringing; or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls. We may suspend access for violations.

AI agent behavior

Our agents act on the data and instructions you configure for them. They're built to escalate to a human for billing changes, account recovery, and anything outside their documented scope — but you're responsible for reviewing agent output before it's used in a way that affects customers, money, or compliance.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee an uninterrupted service. We'll do our best to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or an agent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, for account holders, communicated directly.
